Problem after login

Our Confluence is connected with our ActiveDirectory.

After the login there are no workspaces. Just a blank page with a "Not allowed" text. We didnt change any settings or connects. Confluence doesnt have a local User, so there is no way for us to login and check the ldap connection. But since the AD-User can login (and nothing else) the problem must be somewhere else.

Maybe a DB Connection problem? I changed my picture in my Profile, as you can see in the screenshot, the picture cant be displayed.

We need to solve this problem as soon as possible.

kind regards

Hi Christian,

You can recover the system administrator by following the procedure below:

This would help you login and check the LDAP connection. However, it may be that there are issues with your permissions. For example, if the user you've logged in with doesn't have Confluence Administrator rights from the Global Permissions page, you would see this message. You would need to then look at the groups your user is in and compare it to the groups that have been given permissions on Global Permissions.

I hope this helps but let us know if you have any trouble.

Regards,

Shannon
