Problem Finding users while creating a team space.

When I try to create a team space and select my team mates, confluence does not detect them. I'm sure theese users are granted access to confluence, but I can´t see them there. Is there any other option I have to activate in order to have them available?

This is also affecting me because I can't add them to any page using the @ operator.

Hello Juan,

This sounds like a indexing problem since mentioning is not working as well.

I recommend to rebuild confluence indexes from scratch and check if the issue persists afterwards.
