Preview problem:

I have problem with preview page  (see attached document). I am using default installation with no CSS updates. the preview template is broken!

Link problem:

I am trying to create file:/// link (I have checked knowledge base) and the link is not opening. The link is not active (underline, but with no action - IE) or "empy page" is open in Chrome.

If this is two separate problems I would recommend listing them each separately with a title relevant to the issue so the Community can better assist you.

For your first question about how we are contacting you, can you clarify - regards to what exactly? Do you want to know who your billing contact is, for example?

For the preview problem, I can't read what the message in yellow says, but can you tell me if you close it, does the preview go back to normal? I've seen this before in my test instances and if that's the case I'd like to track it down to a bug. Please also confirm your Confluence version.

For your link issue, I can try to help you in this reply but it may need you to create another question, can you show me what you have entered so far that isn't working?
