Powerpoint Preview is not working (Macro)

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
If I upload a Powerpoint presentation with the macro, the slides aren´t shown in the preview. In our group we don´t want to download the slides every time and want to use the preview.
Attached a screenshot of the shown slide. It´s independet from the user. Also right click and 'Load Imagge' doens´t work.
