Hi, we had paid licenses for Gliffy Comala Share-It and some other plugins. Today I wanted to create a link with Share-It and did not find the respective menu item. Digging in the app-management I could not see a single one of the paid plugins. Is there some bug on your side or has something happened that the license information is lost?

Hello Stefan,

Thank you for checking in with us. I haven't heard of anything like this, but I'd like to know more about your situation.

Can you please let me know what version of Confluence you are running?

Secondly, can you check to see if you have the latest UPM version, and see if you can find the apps in your currently installed add-ons? Have a look at Viewing Installed Apps for details on how to do that, if you're not sure.

  1. From the top navigation bar in your application, choose > Add-ons or Manage apps.If the link does not appear in the menu, make sure that your application has the latest version of the UPM, and that you're logged in with an admin account.
  2. Choose User-installed, or another filter.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Regards,

Shannon
