Plugin recommendations for PDF viewers in Confluence?

Hello, my group keeps fillable PDFs in confluence on a page that contains some other information like tables, dates, notes. The tables/notes are edited within the confluence page itself but the PDF is uploaded as a file. However, when the form is rendered in Confluence there are artifacts from the fillable fields (See attached image). This is not specific to any one browser. I have had the same result in Edge, Firefox, and Chrome. 

Clicking "Edit" to open the confluence companion app does open Acrobat and allow me to view and edit the file normally. But for someone who does not need to edit the form, and simply needs to quickly view its contents, those steps are time consuming. Flattening the PDF is not a good solution because we do still want to maintain the ability to fill in the form's fields.

Are there any good plugins for viewing PDFs in Confluence out there? Most seem to be marketed for exporting Confluence pages as PDFs which is not what we're looking for here. Is there a configuration option that might help with this, or are there other solutions folks recommend?

I am not aware of any apps that would do what you are looking for in Data Center.  What version of data center are you on?  I thought this issue was resolved in Data Center and Cloud.
