Hello, with no action on my part, all of my Confluence topics have disappeared. They are not in the trash, so I have no idea how to recover them.

Are you the only admin or user?  No one else could have deleted them?  How long has it been since they disappeared?  

I can escalate to Atlassian and they can look and see.

@Sergey Boroditsky  Checking from our side I can see that your confluence product is deactivated. You are currently using a Free plan and set to auto-renew the subscription, but there is no payment method is available.
You need  to add a payment method to avoid potential deactivation of the service
