Please help : Trying to develop automated extract routine for KBA's to other business partners

I need to identify key pages in confluence as KBA's, run an extract routine on amended pages and automate the process. The extract format and layout would vary depending on consumer, structured data / meta info intended to be stored in page via scaffolding forms plugin, then extract pages into different formats (docx, xml etc..). Due to the qty of pages this needs to be automated, but cater for minor alterations to be excluded, e.g. grammar changes etc.

My initial thought is to make users click the notify watchers of page by the checkbox when a significant alteration is made, setup a KBA_editor_bot user who watches all KBA's. Then via a sql query or email inbox search identify new pages requiring extracting, then using the API, run a python script on AWS Lamda  to run extract routines of pages changed yesterday. These in-turn could then be emailed to recipients.

The solution needs to be cheap, we have scaffolding forms which i could use, but buying more plugins will be expensive as we have 2000+ licence.

Im interested if anyone might have a better way to do this.
