A confluence question, how can I force the "Unrestricted Attachments Labels... What Did you change? Notify watchers... Preview, save and cancel Buttons to always be at the bottom of the page...and not floating - Sorry not sure what is this panel is called! See attached Diagram

Hello Juan,

Thank you for bringing this up to us. I'm testing this in Confluence 7.0.1 in Chrome Version 77.0.3865.75, and I cannot replicate the issue.

1. Can you confirm with me your Confluence version and browser version? Are you able to replicate this in multiple browsers, such as Firefox, IE, Chrome, or Safari?
2. Is more than one user able to replicate this issue? 
3. What Confluence version are you on?
4. Would you be able to test this in Incognito Mode (aka Private Browsing Mode) and also while disabling all add-ons in your browser?
