Person does not show up, so I am unable to add the person to our space

I have recently created a confluence space, and I was able to add all people but just one.

The person has an account just like everyone else, but the account just never shows up, so I am unable to add the person.

Hi Louis

where are the confluence user accounts maintained, directly in confluence or have you another system? Is the user that you can not add to your space, member of the needed user groups e.g. confluence-users?
