Hello,

I'm stuck with a problem with LDAP integration.

The LDAP integration is made with Read-Only and Local Groups. I am able to add importet LDAP users to the confluence-users group (the group which has the permission to browse the pages). But when I login with such an LDAP user, I'm getting the "not permitted" page right after successful login.

For test purposes I have created a local user, added him to the confluence-users group and it works like a charm. I can login and view all the spaces.

Where could be the problem?

Thank you!

Hi,

It sounds like you are doing everything properly. In case I can spot something, please add some screen shots:

  • Confluence Admin>Global Permissions
  • Space permissions from a space where the pages are being accessed
  • The user properties from a test LDAP user

I look forward to learning more about this puzzling issue.

Thanks,

Ann
