Why my public space requires our client login and check??
In previous several years, any anonymous can access(view) our space without logging in.
Note that I've already set the anonymous is able to view the space.
This is very bad and would you please fix it asap. we have a big document and our clients are complaining about the access issue.

An anonymous space does not require a user to login to view it. If they have to, then your permissions aren't set properly.
Can you please show me the permissions for the space in question as well as your Global Confluence permissions?

I can see that you have 3 spaces open for anonymous access, MDE included. What was the problem exactly? Everything seems to be working fine for me without having to login.

We also had the same problem earlier this morning. Now it seems to be working fine again. We had the same setup with our publicpages.

Thank you all for confirming! I checked and there was an issue this morning, but the issue has been rolled back so you should no longer be experiencing it.
