Panels not aligned after Confluence Cloud Migration

After a transition to Confluence Cloud, panels show white space either above or below one panel in a row regardless of how the dimensions are changed. The macro worked fine prior to the cloud migration - any suggestions?

I hate it when this happens, and it happens way too often in the cloud.

I use the Edit Page Source addon to jump down and edit the HTML directly when alignment seems all but impossible with the editor..
