Hello,

 

We are using Insights app and we have a "User": -

What is the meaning of "-" ???

 

It appears in every space. And we have only trusted (normal) users inside the spaces.

Hi @Amadeu Arnau 

The issue seems to be a sync issue where the users info is not available and hence the "-".

It would be good if you can contact Support in case you are still facing the issue.
