Have you tried reaching out to your Confluence administrator? They can probably check the status of your Data Center app (if I got that correctly from the tags). 🧑🔧
As this is a self-hosted environment, there's not much we can do here.
I'd suggest trying to reach out to the official support team within the organization to see if they can troubleshoot this.
Btw, if you're using Confluence cloud, the procedure would mostly be the same, but you can additionally check if cloud services are potentially experiencing any active incidents by checking the official Atlassian Statuspage. 👀
