One of my users has their page tree displaying like this ...
xx
xxxx
xx
xxxxx
xx
xxxx
instead of like this ...
xx
xxxx
xx
xxxx
xx
xxxx
Any ideas what they might have done? No-one else sees this view, just one person.
Thanks,
Kathryn.
Hi @Kathryn Reddie ,
The only actual configuration that comes to mind is the content view options, which each user can select when navigating a particular space. 👀
This structure they are seeing is a bit odd for sure.
Also, it could be a browser-specific problem (cached data or browser extensions), so another suggestion would be for this user to try out a different browser or incognito mode to see how things look then.
🔐 Also, note that content restrictions do affect what is visible in the sidebar > meaning some child content/pages could be restricted and therefore the user might see different things below, based on the restrictions that have been set.
Cheers,
Tobi
Hi @Kathryn Reddie ,
Do you mean that for the same page, different users are seeing different page tree structures?

Hi @Ollie Guan
For the same space a single user is seeing the above but no-one else is. I am sure they have inadvertently set it up this way, but I don't know how to go back to the standard view.
