Page Properties Macro not working in Templates

Page Properties Macro not working in Templates

Hello all, I am trying to use the Page Properties Macro in a template so it is present when people use it each time... I need it to track certain labels you see.

It doesnt appear to work or do anything... In fact most macros dont seem to work - is this normal?
