Page Properties ID - View mode

I have a few questions about a specific scenario and hoping someone can explain the following.

1. Image 1, is what the page properties macro looked like in page edit mode.  I looked at the page history and it seemed like the user made formatting changes and some things got moved around, but user wasn't sure how they did it.

2. Image 2, is what the page properties id should be listed as

3. Image 3, after I selected edit on the page properties, and typed the right name, shown in image 2, it now reflects like image 3.

Any idea why after making the updates , it still displays the Status = NO?

I have never seen status on the page properties before.  I am not sure what that is.  I would suggest adding new page properties to the page as the only two options should be the ID and Hidden.
