Ownership of Product

In the past an employee created a workspace for Confluence to integrate it in our company.

The employee has been removed as on Organization Administrator in the programm but still getting emails regarding billing or other administrative information.

Can he transfer the Ownership of the hole Product somehow or is there another place where you can check which users revive administrative emails from atlassian?

The Org admin can add another user and later he can remove the existing person in  https://admin.atlassian.com/.

So if i remove the Org Admin role from the user who registered the application and set up all the first steps, we are good to go and he is nowhere else flagged for administrative things?

Yes, You can also check for project and site admin roles and remove user from there too.
