Out-of-the-box macros not working in Confluence

Hello - Under the Insert menu, only the "User mention" and "JIRA Issue/Filter" macros work. The others: Info, Status, Gallery, Table of Contents & Other macros do not respond. Couldn't find any additional help online...

Could you explain "do not respond"? Do they not appear on the drop down? Do they not insert when clicked? Does the config box come up but not render?

Yes - once selected, the "Insert+" dropdown disappears and no other actions occur.

There is an error in the log: sendError Could not execute action... url: /plugins/macrobrowser/browse-macros.action... java.lang.NullPointerException
