Other Macros are not being Inserted into Page

I'm trying to add the Version Report macro onto my Confluence page and I'm unable to do so. 

Steps to recreate

1. Other Macros
2. Select Version Report macro
3. Select the appropriate board and Version Number
4. Preview window appears
5. Click Insert
6. Modal closes and I'm back on the main Edit page
7. Expected: The Macro would appear
8. Observed: The Macro does not show

I've tried in Chrome, Edge and IE and it doesn't work in any browser. 

Any ideas?
