I have an orphan space. I can't delete (delete tab is missing for this particular space) and I cant create pages (Missing Permissions).
I am acting as site admin.
Can anyone help me to get rid of that space remains?

Welcome to the community.
In your confluence settings are the space permissions. Go there, find the space and then you can give yourself the space admin permission.
Then you should be able to delete the space.
