Option to mark attachments?

Is there a way to set marks on attachments? For example if a attachment is confidential, we want to mark it and highlight it by another color. And maybe as a last step, generate reports about which spaces host confidential attachments.

In Confluence 4.2, we added the ability to label attachments, which then can be searched or used to filter an RSS feed. It wouldn't be color coded, but the label is viewable when you are looking at all of the attachments stored on a page.
