Hi,
I was wondering where I can submit a suggestion to add a "Current Date" option for direct selection when adding a date on a Confluence page, as shown below. For example, I often use the date function on my Confluence pages to track meetings, and each time I copy the page to reuse the template, I need to manually update the date. It would be incredibly helpful if there were an option to automatically select the current date, where the red box is in the screenshot, allowing me to simply click on it and have the current date populate, rather than having to scroll through and manually find the date.
Hi @Jass Saini
I think what you could do is to create a page template rather than copying a page to re-use its structure. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-template/
And this will allow you to use the macro "create page from template" https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-create-from-template-macro/
In the option of this macro you can prefix the page title by the current date.
Hope it helps.
Regards,
Make sense! Thanks, Cyrille.
I literally thought of it too immediately after hitting the submit button.
Cheers!

And in addition to my comment, if you want to keep your way of doing your MoM, just delete the date macro and type the slash (/) twice, another date picker will be displayed with the current date as default date.
