OpenSSL certificate on Confluence Server

Hi,

Yesterday I spent a lot of time trying to get Tomcat on Debian to secure my new Confluence server installation. I have the cert, key & intermediate cert and followed this guide. Procedure seems to work, no errors, but after restart of Confluence, it won't use the certificate. Something is obviously not correct and I fail to see what, or which parts.

My files are originally .pem files, so initial tests was with that format. Later I saw a guide on how to SSL a Tomcat server, which used .crt instead, so tried renaming into that. No change.

Since not getting any errors, its a bit hard to know where it is malfunctioning. I would appreciate some help.
