Hi Shannon, sorry to late.

I did setup users with JIRA when i installed confluence(Oauth). But JIRA is not using now.

I saw your answer and restarted JIRA so I could connect.

Now, I have new question,

what should I do to login without JIRA keep existing users?

Need i disable below settings?

Thank you.

Hi there,

No worries!

Happy you were able to resolve your Confluence issue.

Regarding this problem, can you please clarify with me exactly what you're trying to do?

It seems to me like you don't want to use Jira anymore but still use Jira as a user management server. Is this correct, or are you trying to accomplish something else?

Regards,

Shannon

Hi there!

What version of Confluence are you running, and what are you using for your user management?

By your error messages it sounds like your user server is refusing connection to your Confluence instance. Are either behind a proxy or firewall? If you bypass them are you able to login?

Regards,

Shannon
