Can you maybe elaborate on what you mean by "access for a Confluence link"? Like, is the user unable to access Confluence, a specific space or maybe just one page/content?

Also, can you share a screenshot or error message they are seeing?

If it's an access issue, I'd recommend reaching out to your internal Confluence or Organization admins, as they are the ones usually handling these kinds of requests.
