Can someone who is familiar with the whole SEO thing please tell me how search engines pick up keywords on a COnfluence page? Do they read words define in the excerpt macro?
I ran into the same issue while tweaking our Confluence setup. Turns out the biggest gains came from cleaning up broken links and trimming down duplicated content. Also, for anyone focusing on building authority, this guide really helped me understand what a strong link setup looks like: https://crowdo.net/blog/how-to-build-a-diverse-healthy-link-profile. It explains how different kinds of links work together without going too technical.
Hi @mdmusaruf hossain ,
Confluence is not very optimized for SEO and content therein isn't very discoverable by Google. There are solutions to help mitigate this, which you can find in this thread: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Confluence-Public-cloud-works-with-Google-SEO/qaq-p/1742054
I hope that helps!
