Could you please confirm if you are using Confluence Cloud or Server/Data Center ?

Are you talking about the homepage of your personal space ?

You can configure/customize your own home page in your personal space by using built in macros available. I would suggest going through the link - Set up a Space Home Page  to know more about how to configure your home page.
