Numbering list: I need to change my numbers in an existing list

Hi! and thanks for answers to yesterday's ?!!

Today I am unable to correct my numbered list.

In other words I have:

1.

2.

1.

1.

How can I change these numbers to order correctly?

TY Davin, this works but for images and other paragraphs I found that shift +Enter works best to insert an additional line.

Place your cursor at the end of point "2.". Then hit the delete key till the first "1." comes up onto list item "2.". Then hit enter it should drop that item down a line and make it part of your numbered list. You should now have a "1.", "2.", and "3.". Do the same thing for the last "1.". Put your cursor at the end of the "3." and hit the delete key till the "1." comes up to your "3." line. Then hit enter.
