Notify multiple recipients?

We are using a template in Confluence and one of the fields is an Approver field. There are usually multiple approvers (@jll @Dumont_Joe @Bill Gray, etc). Is there a way to notify all the users in the approvers field?

Just to clarify, this is just a field you created in Confluence that you are labeling as 'approvers' and you're not using any specific add-on to add approvals into Confluence, correct?

In a sense, you would require to notify anyone that you mentioned in that field but not on the entire page, is this correct?

What sort of things would you need to notify them on? For example, they are already going to be notified when they are mentioned on a page. Do you want to auto-subscribe anyone mentioned on the page so they get updates when the page is modified?
