How do I turn off notifications in Confluence?
Go to your settings (top right avatar picture, then settings), then go to Email section, then Edit. You can then turn off notifications. More on https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Subscribing+to+Email+Notifications+of+Updates+to+Confluence+Content
