Not possible to work because the number of users is incorrectly counted

Hello,

We have a starter license for up to 10 users. 
License info shows number of people: 11, Confluence group confluence-users: 7. So, currently 7 users are activated in Confluence. This means that license information shows incorrect information and it is not possible to somehow reduce the number of users.
Whether I remove the users from confluence-users on Active Directory and synchronize on confluence, nothing changes.

as confluence-users is not the only group please check out all other groups under:

yourinstance/admin/users/browsegroups.action there you find the missing users that count toward your licences
