I am not being able to open the attached  file (Excel) in Confluence

Could you let us know more about this problem you are experiencing? We can start with the answers to a few questions:

1. Does this occur with any other Excel files or only specific ones?
2. What version of Confluence are you running?
3. Are other users able to replicate the problem? 
4. Can you replicate the issue across multiple browsers?
5. What happens when you try to open the file?
