Not available Confluence

I was deleted the confluence administrative privileges by mistake.

As as result, users are no loger able to connect to the confluence everyone.

If you are using the onDemand service, please let me how to permission initialization.

Hi Egg,

For this situation I would recommend to contact Atlassian's support. They are the only System Administrators and the only ones with the ability to add you back in those groups.

Hi Adrien Ragot.

I've removed the group excluding the "System Administrators", in the progress of changing the global permission setting of Confluence.

Then, in the "System Administrator", I was confirmed that the addition of a typical user is not.

Therefore, we have access to without being in any current user.

Hi Egg,

What error do you see? What happens when you go to you Confluence instance? Can you login? Can you see the dashboard?
