Not able to upload attachment in Confluence

When trying to upload attachment in Confluence getting error as "Error connecting to server"

Hello @Sonali Salve 

When you say attachment, are you trying to upload an image, video or an other file?

Try this:

• Log out of your Confluence, log back in and try to attach again
• Clear your cache 
• Start the Confluence in incognito mode and try again
