Not able to remove user from the group - confluence users

Hi Team,

I am not able to remove this user from this group, Can you please advise how to remove this user as he has left the organization

Hi @Seema Abrol - have a look that the user is removed from your AD. On the first look it seems like all users that come from AD have group membership confluence-users by default. 

Have a look on the logs as @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- mentioned.

You need to read the application logs for your AD and Confluence to see what has failed.  The Confluence logs are at <confluence home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log
