Not able to log into OnDemand causing me not to able to install Confluence.

I had a typo in my email when first signing up, and I'm afraid that's still biting me in the butt today.  My company is Webcleats and my email is tammyb@webcleats.com.  I first signed up as tammyb@weblceats.com (switching the l and c in webcleats.)  I need to instal confluence for my team, but i'm at a standstill until I get my ondemand situation under control.

I'm a little confused - you don't need Cloud access to install Confluence.  Do you mean you want to set up another Cloud instance or install Confluence?
