Not able to link confluence(cloud) page in JIRA(server)

prayuja July 31, 2018

When I tried to link confluence page for a JIRA issue, I'am getting "No confluence page found with the given URL" even though URL is automatically searched by the system.

Cloud URL:

https://bpeg-intellect.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KD/pages/249888770/Customer+ID+locked

Hi Prayuja,

So when you click Search for a page you're able to find the page?

Can you show me what your application link looks like?

What error messages are you seeing in the Server instance when you attempt to link the page?

Regards,

Shannon

Hi @Shannon S,

Yes, I'm able to find the page from Search for a page.

A screenshot is attached above.

Prajuya,

Thank you for confirming.

I didn't receive the screenshot of your application link settings, or any mention of what errors you were seeing in the Jira server logs.

Could you try to send again?

Regards,

Shannon

Prajuya,

This appears to be the same screenshot from earlier, but I was asking to see how your application links are setup.

I also need to know what error messages are occurring in your Jira Server logs when you attempt to link. Can you please share that?

Thank you!
Shannon

Hi @Shannon S,

Both the applications are linked using OAuth authentication.

 Error messages:

1)Thread corrupted! ActionContext still references a HttpRequest. URL: 'https://xxx.com/projects/CA'. Attempted to clean up: true

2)Marketplace product query failed: com.atlassian.marketplace.client.MpacException: org.apache.http.conn.ConnectTimeoutException: Connect to marketplace.atlassian.com:443 [marketplace.atlassian.com/52.3.83.24, marketplace.atlassian.com/54.236.84.244, marketplace.atlassian.com/52.44.245.245] failed: connect timed out

3)Bigpipe taking longer than 5s

Hi Prayuja,

The 1st error is related to a bug but has no effect on the UI:

For the Marketplace error you can try this: The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable

I don't believe either one is related to the Confluence issue. Can you confirm if you're using a proxy and if you bypass the proxy do you have the same issue?

Otherwise we may need to get a full look at your server logs to see what might be causing the problem, but we need to rule out any issues with a proxy or firewall.

Regards,

Shannon
