Not able to add Road map in CONFLUENCE

I am on JIRA cloud but I am still not able to link my JIRA Tickets to my road map. There is no distinct error, but I cannot see the option to add JIRA tickets or track anything. I am new to confluence.

I'm not sure if you are talking about roadmap in Confluence or roadmap in Jira? Can you upload a screenshot?
