Not able to access my confluence page
https://codeforself.atlassian.net/wiki/home
Hello @Sunil Mishra
Ah that message is important. “Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable” means this isn’t a normal Confluence permission/page problem. It’s a site-level availability issue.
What to do next:
Check Atlassian Status for Confluence/Atlassian Cloud. If there’s an incident, it’s on Atlassian’s side and it should come back once they resolve it.
If status is green (or it’s been down for a while), then it’s usually one of these:
the site was deactivated/suspended (often billing/trial/inactivity related), or
there’s a tenant-side problem that only Atlassian can fix.
In that case: go straight to your site admin / Atlassian Support.
If the error page shows a Request ID, include it it helps them trace the outage faster.
From the community side there isn’t really a workaround. Rest can only do Atlassian Admin responsible for your Tenant, or Atlassian support.
Wish you Luck 🤞
Welcome to Atlassian community!!
From the problem description, I see that you are unable to access the site https://codeforself.atlassian.net/.
Upon verifying further, I noticed that the site is deactivated on 26 Oct 2025 due to inactivity.
As per our data storage FAQ https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/ here we only retain data for 60 days post deactivation and since its past the retention period it is not possible to recover your data as it is permanently deleted now.
we also sent three intimation emails before the deactivation to the billing admin of your site.
Hope this helps!
Best Regards,
Vishalakshi Narayanaswamy

@Sunil Mishra I am assuming that you are on a free account. I have escalated to Atlassian so they can see if it has been deactivated due to inactivity. When services have been deactivated due to inactivity they are eventually deleted if the user does not take action.
