Hi all,
We are testing the free cloud version to make sure it will be relevant to us.
I've created some spaces, I can see all the users of my company here (like in our paid JIRA solution).
The problem is that they can't see our company's spaces in their space list.
I don't see how to solve this problem because the default configuration is that the "confluence_users" group can access these spaces.
Thanks for your help or any idea.
Best regards,
Sébastien.
Solved by the support team.
If you have the same problem, you have to make sure that your users are in the confluence-users group (which is not the default on my side)
Sébastien,
Thank you for following up, and glad you were able to resolve your issue in the end!
Take care, and have a pleasant rest of your week.
Shannon

Hello @Sébastien Almiron,
I was having a look at this case with @Manon Soubies-Camy, and I think it will help if we can get a look at your Cloud site in order to understand what's happening here.
I'm raising an internal request for you at this moment. Please check your email in a few minutes for that information. When you receive it, could you login to the support portal and approve access for the case? This will allow us to have a look at your site logs and attempt to replicate the issue from our end. Once we have access, we'll be able to proceed with the investigation.
Thank you, and take care!
Shannon

Thanks @Manon Soubies-Camy but in my case the logged-in users can't access to our spaces and we are on the free plan since the beginning (1 or 2 months).
I saw the "Grant all users permissions for this space" but I wasn't sure of the outcome, so I just tried and nothing changes, the logged-in users (with non admin rights) can access the space and they don't see it in their list of spaces either 🙁

Do they get any error message when trying to see a space? When you go to the User management menu, is Confluence enabled for each user?

Hum, on my side it's not green and I've a forbidden sign on mouse hover ... but the same sign is on JIRA and they can access to JIRA

Thanks for the additional screenshots! How many users do you have? It may be greyed out if you have more than 10 users.

We have 10 users (and we'll have to switch to a paid version soon to be able to add more)

All spaces are open to logged-in users in Confluence free plan. But if you switched from the standard plan, you may need to click on the option "Grant all users permissions for this space" on each space to grant access to all users:
Hope this helps,
- Manon
