We are encountering No Long Running task in restoring backup zip file. the size of the zip file is 154GB.

I resolve the NO Long running task by increasing the Page Time out by 5hrs and actively clicking the page so it will not log out the sessions.
As of now, 0% in importing Data.
Is this normal when the data is too large?.

With this size a DB Backup would be much better.
If yo do not have a DB Backup, copy the file direct in the filedirectory on the server and restore from there.

Also, do you do through UI the restore ?
Looks like it's so huge, maybe you have an backup on DB level?
