No Data Appears in Analytics Section

Hello team,

I've been trying to collect data from Analytics site for a week one, but it keeps displaying the following error: "We couldn’t retrieve your data. Please reload or contact your site administrator."

Any ideas on how to proceed? Any insight would be helpful. Thank youNoData.png

Hi jazmonge@amazon.com ,

As Marc said, maybe ask your Confluence admin just to double-check app settings when it comes to analytics. This article might help: Control which groups can use analytics

Apart from that, there's this troubleshooting article (which points to the same thing, actually): Unable to view Analytics in Confluence Cloud

Although this one feels a bit off, as you can reach/open Analytics, and then you get that error. 🤔

Two questions here:

  1. Are other users experiencing the same thing as well?
  2. Have you tried using a different browser, incognito mode (or potentially different network and/or device)?

There's also this troubleshooting article that's related to a bit different problem, but it explains how you could troubleshoot that part with browser issues: Resolve "We've hit a snag!" error message when viewing Confluence pages

If nothing works, you could raise a ticket at Atlassian Support. If you cannot do it, you can ask your Confluence admin to submit it for you (if they cannot help troubleshoot the issue)

Cheers,
Tobi

HI jazmonge@amazon.com

Reach out to your administrator.it might be that the connection is not permitted to be used by you or the data is not collected?
