i created a block template in confluence

but it wont show when editing a jira item

im using the same account to login to both, and in the same browser.

i tried hard refresh and log in and out, but i still only see the default block templates and not the one i've created.

Hi @Harald Stoll

Welcome to the community.

Did you look under the My templates in the Template gallery.

See KB ,create-and-manage-block-templates

If you can't see the ones your created, reach out to Atlassian Support, as this is a brand new function and not rolled out to everyone.

Note: block templates are for Confluence only, not for Jira.

@Harald Stoll - Based on the documentation it should only appear in the Description field... possible to confirm if that's where you're looking?

Also, it will show up as a "/" command (I've got one called "test" in this example).

@Marc -Devoteam- it does look like you can use them in Jira (bottom of the page you linked), but you can only create them in Confluence.
