Hello, we have a new user that has the same first initial + same lastname as an old user (who is no longer w company)
ie, Rick Loe (new), Rachel Loe (old)
both have same login,
rloe@company.com
I deleted the old user account from Atlassian admin screen, sent an invite to the new user (same login/email name)
The new user is showing up but his Display Name is showing the old user's name
Rick = new user
Rachel = old user
How can I fix this?
