New editor: nest macro in panel macro

In the old editor it was possible to create a panel with the panel macro and, after that, put another macro inside the panel (e.g. TOC macro).

How can I do this with the new editor?

I have the same question as you. 

Previously, I used to nest my TOC macro in a panel macro to create some borders. Now I can't do it anymore. The Panel macro will not let me nest another macro inside it

Is this a feature or a bug ?
