New User can't log in to Confluence.

Hi.

Please let me know how to solve below error and log in to confluence.

I added a new user to confluence and jira few days ago.

He could log in to jira but coudn't log in to confluence.

When he logs in to confluence, it happens an error "Your operation is taking longer than usual" and can't log in.

He tried Safari and Chrome browser but couldn't solve the error.

Could you please let us know what version of Confluence you're using?

Does the user have the problem on multiple computers, or only the same computer?

Is anyone else reporting the issue?
