New Trial Confluence server install, theme not working

Just installed Confluence server on windows 2016 64 bit. Everything seemed to install, but my installation looks like this:
Thoughts?

That is likely just no CSS Being loaded (check your developer tools in chrome/Firefox etc) and you’ll likely have 404s or other error responses on your JS and CSS files.

If you’re running anything more than ipaddress:port (you have a hostname/using port 80 or 443), check your server.xml settings have been configured to match - check the bottom of https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/configuring-the-server-base-url-148592.html under Proxies

I uninstalled and reinstalled and yes, everything looks great now. Thanks :)
