Nested tables in Confluence Cloud

Is there a way to put a table within a table? I used to work on Confluence Server and this was a tool that I used all the time but now that I am working on Confluence Cloud I find that it's not allowing me to put a table in a table.

I would like a solution without needing to purchase an add on if possible.

Confluence Cloud is based on iFrames, so it is not possible to nest objects (tables and macros with bodies).

so there's no alternative to add a table within a table ? I tried the advanced expand content which allows it but I don't want the expand feature
